Any customers who have booked directly with Breakaway to travel to Disney before June 1st will be contacted by our staff with options for date changes or future-travel-credits.
Customers who have booked through their travel agents should contact their booking agency directly.
As we are experiencing a very high volume of calls and emails we ask our customers to please be patient. We will contact everyone individually, prioritised by travel date.

For bookings with arrival dates up to 1st June 2020 the revised policy below applies, providing our customers with added flexibility owing to the Covid-19 crisis. Bookings for arrivals from June 2nd onwards are subject to our standard terms and conditions.
As this policy is subject to emergency measures, it is subject to change at any time. If the policy changes, then the policy in place at time of re-booking/cancellation will apply
If you have booked ground arrangements only;
- Date change
(Important – date changes must be completed before 15th April)
a) Date change for a new arrival up to 15th October 2020
The existing package & pricing can be moved to an alternative date at the same price and with the same offer providing all elements of the booking remain the same (same hotel, number of nights, number of passengers etc).
This is subject to availability and the same “rate category” must be available on the newly selected dates.
If the newly selected dates are not available at the originally booked “rate category” then you will be offered the option to re-book at the best available offer. In this case, if the package is of the same value then no additional charges will apply, if the package is of higher value then an additional deposit amount may be payable at the time of re-booking and the overall additional package cost will be invoiced and can be paid 8 weeks before your new departure date.
b) Date change with new arrival date from 16th October 2020 onwards
The value of your existing package will be transferred, and we will re-book you at the best available offer on the newly selected dates.
If the package is of the same value then no additional charges will apply, if the package is of higher value then the additional cost will be invoiced and can be paid 8 weeks before your new departure date.
- Future Travel Credit
If you are unsure on what future date you want to book for then you can cancel your current booking and we will issue a future-travel-credit for 100% of your original booking value.
This will be valid for 5 years, so you have complete flexibility to book again when the time is right for you.
If you have booked a package including flights;
A. Date change
The ground element of your booking can be amended as detailed in point 1(a) and 1(b) above
Flights with both Aer Lingus and Air France can also be changed with no airline change fee applying. However, if there is a fare difference on the newly selected dates this will be charged.
Flights must be changed before the original travel date.
B. Future Travel Credit
Ground element as detailed in point 2 above
For the flight element of the booking, if booked with Aer Lingus or Air France you will be issued with a voucher for the value of the flights purchased and this will be valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Please note that the original flight booking must be cancelled and the voucher issued before the original flight date.
