We are currently contacting customers who have booked directly with Breakaway to travel to Disney during May, June and July. If you have booked for dates after 31st July please contact us.
Customers who have booked through their travel agents should contact their booking agency directly.
As we are experiencing a very high volume of calls and emails we ask our customers to please be patient. We will contact everyone individually, prioritised by travel date.

If you have a holiday booked with ground arrangements only;
If you hold a reservation for a Disneyland Paris holiday for arrivals up to 14th July 2020 you have the following options available to you;
1. Re-book for future date;
Transfer 100% of the monies you have already paid to a new date. We have offers of “Up to 25% off, plus Free Dining, plus €100 Disney gift card” on selected dates through to September 2021. We recommend booking as soon as possible to get the best value and widest range of available dates
2. Hold monies paid as a “Future Credit Voucher” and make a new booking at a later date.
Vouchers are state guaranteed, do not have an expiry date and can be transferred to other users.
3. Cancel and obtain a refund.
Refunds are taking a lot longer than normal because the volume of requests is over 1,000% higher than usual. Our administration staffing levels are also operating at less than 20% capacity due to remote working requirements and temporary layoffs.
If you request a refund Breakaway will offer, as an immediate alternative, a Future Credit Voucher (FCV). FCVs are State Guaranteed and can be exchanged for cash after 12 months. If you decide to retain the voucher after 12 months then they do not have an expiry date and can also be transferred to others upon request.
If you do not wish to accept an FCV then we will process your refund at the earliest possible opportunity however this is likely to take a number of months. For further details check our Frequently Asked Questions
If you hold a reservation for a Disneyland Paris holiday for arrival dates from 15th July onwards you have the following options available to you;

If you have booked a package including flights;
The ground element of your booking can be amended as detailed above
For flights booked the following airline rules currently apply;
Air France are allowing flights to be changed with no airline change fee applying. However, if there is a fare difference on the newly selected dates this will be charged. This is available for all flights booked for travel up to 31st August 2020.
For passengers wishing to obtain a refund, Air France will process refunds in 12 months, in May 2021. In the meantime you can still opt to make a new booking.
Aer Lingus are allowing passengers to retain their original reservation value and use it to make a new booking, for travel within the next year, provided the new booking is made before 31st August 2020. This currently applies only for flights originally booked to travel up to 30th June, however this is expected to be extended shortly to include bookings for travel in July and possibly August. If your flight has been cancelled we will give you a refund once we receive the monies from Aer Lingus.
For flight departures after these dates, Air France and Aer Lingus are currently waiving applying their change fees for flights booked to depart before teh end fo September 2020. For dates after that the ‘standard’ change and cancellation fees apply. If you have flights booked for travel after these dates you can change now and pay the change fees, but we recommend that you wait until closer to the date to see if the airline amend their policy.
