Our current booking conditions offer more flexibility than ever before!

– We have a low deposit of €50 per person
– Your trip is refundable until 7 working days prior to travel, with the exception of a €10 per person administration fee
– If you have purchased travel insurance the premium is non refundable from the time of booking
– No change fees, if you have to change dates there is no charge, if your new package is of a lower value we will refund the difference or if the new package is a higher value you can pay the balance.
– Booking changes or cancellations MUST be completed more than 10 days prior to arrival. Changes or cancellations within 10 days are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Disney’s hotels will continue to re-open on a phased basis as follows;

  • Disney’s Newport Bay Club Hotel is now open
  • Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel is now open
  • Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne is now open
  • Disney’s Hotel Santa Fe is now open
  • Disney’s Sequoia Lodge Hotel is now open
  • The Disneyland Hotel will remain closed until further notice
  • The Davy Crockett Ranch will be closed until 31st March 2022 inclusive for a seasonal closing period
  • Village Nature is now open

If you have a holiday booked

  1. If your hotel is scheduled to be open on your arrival date then your holiday package is confirmed and Disneyland Paris will be ready to welcome you as planned.
    See notes above regarding changes or cancellations of bookings
  2. If the hotel originally booked is not due to be open on your arrival date we are offering the following options:
    • a) Maintain your arrival date and move your booking, with the same price and package components, to an equivalent or superior hotel category:
      – If you hold a reservation at the Disneyland Hotel – An alternative package will be offered at Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel. We will provide appropriate price reduction to compensate for the difference in hotel category
      – If you hold a reservation at Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch for arrival from 1st December 2021 to 31st March 2022, we will offer an upgrade to Disney’s Sequoia Lodge (subject to availability)
    • b) Move your booking to a future date. We will cancel your original booking, without cancellation charges, and rebook you for your new dates at the current available rate.
      This applies to the ground element of your booking, if you have flights booked please see below for details regarding changes.
    • c) Cancel your booking and receive a refund. This can be in the form of a Future Credit Voucher (FCV) or a cash refund. FCV’s are state guaranteed, do not have an expiry date and can be transferred to another name. If you do not use all or part of your FCV it can be exchanged for cash.
      Cash refunds are currently taking between 4-6 weeks to process so we are recommending that customers take FCV’s initially and the cash refund will follow later.
      The above applies only to the ground element of your booking, see below for details regarding flights.

If you have booked a package including flights;

For flights booked the following airline rules currently apply;

a) If you are changing to a new date, we can move your flights with no change fee applying. However, if there is a fare difference on the newly selected dates this will be charged.
b) If you want to postpone your trip and you have not yet decided what dates you want to travel on, then depending on the airline you have selected you have the following options

  • Air France – You can request a non refundable voucher which is valid for 1 year from the original ticket issue date. So you can make your new booking at any time before the expiry of the voucher, for any available future date.
  • Aer Lingus – You can move your booking to a ‘notional date’ in the future, and then re-book for a firm date later. The final booking needs to be made before 30th September for travel on any available date in the future.

In both cases detailed above, fare differences may apply on the newly selected dates, but change fees are waived.

c) If you decide to cancel your booking then in most cases the flight element is non refundable. The only exception is cases where the airline cancel your flights.
